Garden of the Gods Campground

I have mixed reviews for this campground. The facilities were outstanding, nice and clean, restrooms, laundry room, game room very family oriented. Staff was friendly and helpfull and the ice cream social and items were a nice idea. Escort to campsite was nice idea as well. Really I only have a couple gripes about this place. It is too bad it is basically what I consider in town, and the sites are way way way too close together. Our site was at the end of a row, so the camper next to me had their awning out, and was almost touching my motor home.
There was very little room for tow vehicles either. Overall it was not a fun place to stay for my wife and I but for families it would be great. If you are passing through for the night, or plan on being off site-seeing and not spending much time at the campground, then it will be fine. Except then the price will be high for the little time you spend there. Mostly very large rigs when we stayed, however that has nothing to do with the campground. Overall I rate it a B. And if you ever get a chance Garden of the Gods is a must see for young and old.
